Our Intermediate Reformer Class - NOT for beginners or those new to the studio.
Service Description
R3 is a Reformer class for clients who have progressed from R2. We teach precision and control at this studio to ensure you really feel every inch of it. You will sweat but not from pumping as hard as you can! We will be working you towards being able to join our R4 classes. We will be challenging you with the intermediate level repertoire as well as beginning the advanced journey. This class is the prep for R4 our most advanced classes. R3 is not suitable for beginners or those with injuries. It is also not suitable for clients new to the studio unless you have worked in small group technical classes or with a BASI Pilates trained teacher in your other studio (there are no studios in Cornwall currently with BASI Pilates teachers).

Cancellation Policy
â—¾In order to minimise risk to the business all appointments/classes are subject to a strict 24 hour policy. Classes cancelled within 24 hours, and no shows, are fully chargeable as if you attended the session. Stacy Weeks/The Cornwall Pilates Studio is not responsible for your failure to attend a class. â—¾You may reschedule your class/appointment online up to 24 hours before (IE if your appointment is at 9am Friday, you have up until 8.59am on the day before to cancel). â—¾Clients are responsible for booking and managing their own classes/sessions via the booking system. There is a link in all confirmation and reminder emails to do this. â—¾If you have to cancel within the 24 hour window for your group class (mat/reformer/tower) you can join our online mat class or we will send you a recording of that online mat class to access up until a specified time. â—¾If you have to cancel within the 24 hour window for your 1:1/duet studio session in person we will send you a zoom link and work with you online. â—¾All classes may be subject to change/cancellation at any time. If you are not booked in to a class you will not receive a cancellation message. â—¾No refunds given
