Service Description
R2 is a Reformer class for clients who have progressed from R1. We will be developing all the fundamental skills you have learnt and ramping it up another level covering an intermediate level repertoire. This class is the prep for R3 our advanced classes. R2 is not suitable for beginners. If you would like to join this class and haven't had a class with us before, we ask that you attend a 1:1 session or attend R1 first so our teachers can evaluate your readiness and understanding of Pilates. We also ask that you have no injuries and pathologies that require us to limit our attention to other class members. If you are unsure please contact the studio or book a 1:1.

Cancellation Policy
â—¾In order to minimise risk to the business all appointments/classes are subject to a strict 24 hour policy. Classes cancelled within 24 hours, and no shows, are fully chargeable as if you attended the session. Stacy Weeks/The Cornwall Pilates Studio is not responsible for your failure to attend a class. â—¾You may reschedule your class/appointment online up to 24 hours before (IE if your appointment is at 9am Friday, you have up until 8.59am on the day before to cancel). â—¾Clients are responsible for booking and managing their own classes/sessions via the booking system. There is a link in all confirmation and reminder emails to do this. â—¾If you have to cancel within the 24 hour window for your group class (mat/reformer/tower) you can join our online mat class or we will send you a recording of that online mat class to access up until a specified time. â—¾If you have to cancel within the 24 hour window for your 1:1/duet studio session in person we will send you a zoom link and work with you online. â—¾All classes may be subject to change/cancellation at any time. If you are not booked in to a class you will not receive a cancellation message. â—¾No refunds given
