A 45 minute class dedicated to flexibility and mobility
Service Description
If you feel you need some extra flexibility or want to move easier this class will help you. A great add on class to any of the studios classes or as a weekly class on it's own. You will learn the best stretch and mobility techniques to help your body move well and improve your flexibility. If you are attending weekly group classes in reformer or mat or having 1:1 sessions please ask us for your exclusive discount code to get 10% off! If you would like to join this class we ask that you have no significant movement challenges that may require us to limit our attention to other class members. If you are unsure please contact the studio or book a 1:1.

Cancellation Policy
â—¾In order to minimise risk to the business all appointments/classes are subject to a strict 24 hour policy. Classes cancelled within 24 hours, and no shows, are fully chargeable as if you attended the session. Stacy Weeks/The Cornwall Pilates Studio is not responsible for your failure to attend a class. â—¾You may reschedule your class/appointment online up to 24 hours before (IE if your appointment is at 9am Friday, you have up until 8.59am on the day before to cancel). â—¾Clients are responsible for booking and managing their own classes/sessions via the booking system. There is a link in all confirmation and reminder emails to do this. â—¾If you have to cancel within the 24 hour window for your group class (mat/reformer/tower) you can join our online mat class or we will send you a recording of that online mat class to access up until a specified time. â—¾If you have to cancel within the 24 hour window for your 1:1/duet studio session in person we will send you a zoom link and work with you online. â—¾All classes may be subject to change/cancellation at any time. If you are not booked in to a class you will not receive a cancellation message. â—¾No refunds given
